Film North Under the Stars Open Air Screening 
The Film North Under the Stars open air screening after dark in River Mill Park last Sunday, August 1st had a hundred people turn out.
Both the films received rounds of applause. Mayor Claude Doughty was in attendance. Lucy Wing, the founder, thanked him and Rob Saunders and the Chamber of Commerce and all the sponsors including RBC the sponsor of the festival's Environment Film Award, in her address to the audience. The Inaugural Film North Festival will take place at the Algonquin Theatre over three days in September from Thursday, September 23. to Saturday, September 25th. Tickets and passes available from the Algonquin Theatre box office.

RBC makes a splash for Blue Water Project
Nearly three years after launching its Blue Water Project, RBC is launching its first major marketing push for the $50 million environmental initiative. Blue Water began in 2007 as a 10-year grant program to fund water conservation programs around the world.
